Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders come with a tracking number, which you will receive in an email once your order has been dispatched.
Will I have to pay taxes and duties?
Once your order reaches its final destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which is paid by the customer. Please contact your local customs office if you would like further information.
What if my item arrives damaged or is lost in transit?
We inspect every item before it is shipped out, therefore, we cannot accept any responsibility once it has left our warehouse and if your item is lost in transit or arrives damaged due to carrier carelessness.
